Trade barrier summary

DIT staff in Malaysia lobbied the relevant authorities to amend packaging guidelines for the import of cabbages.

Malaysia's guidelines now allow packaging for more than 30kg per container for bulk exports. This was not possible before irrespective of whether they were for retail, wholesale or factory processing purposes.
