Trade barrier summary
In Brazil, the Normative Instruction (NI) no. 67 of 5 November 2018, issued by Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA), establishes administrative procedures for certification for both exports and imports of beverages, vinegars, wines and products of grape and wine into, and from, Brazil. Normative Instruction (NI) no. 67 aims to provide regulation for laboratory analysis to enable certification of these products.
